What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed.

  • When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes: order details and your unique order number. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. 
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking details. 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. 


What is your return policy?

We offer FREE returns on US based orders. Orders within 14 days of receipt are eligible for return/exchange. The item(s) must be unworn and in new condition when making a return. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund. After 14 days we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

In order to start the return/exchange process please send us an email to: hello@sundayenergy.co and provide details about the return you want to make including:

  • your order #
  • photos (only if needed)

We can then start the return process. 

Once we receive the items and confirm that they are in good condition, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry is incredible quality and the newest collections are tarnish resistant. However, to keep the jewelry in the same excellent condition they arrive:

  • Avoid continuously getting your jewelry wet
  • Do not apply oils/fragrance directly onto your jewelry
  • Store jewelry away when you're not wearing the pieces 

With each order we provide a small keepsake bag and box. You can keep the jewelry stored away in either of those items. You can also purchase additional jewelry bags here.
